About Manraj

I work with professionals who want to change not just how they perform, but how they experience their lives.

My approach is shaped by years in demanding global environments, and by a deeper interest in what helps people feel more present, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

I know how easy it is to become outwardly successful while feeling inwardly stretched, disconnected, or stuck in ways that are hard to explain. You can be functioning well, meeting expectations, and still feel that something is missing.

The work I do is about helping people slow that down enough to see clearly. To understand their patterns. To become more aware of how they are living. And to create change that feels real, not just intellectual.

I bring a practical mind to this work, but also a human one. My background in global finance means I understand pressure, complexity and responsibility. My training in clinical hypnotherapy and breathwork allows me to work more deeply with the habits, emotional responses and inner patterns that often sit beneath the surface.

Above all, I aim to create a space that feels grounded, honest and safe. A space where you can think clearly, speak freely, and begin to shift what no longer feels aligned.

Why people come to me

People usually come to me when they are tired of understanding the problem but still feeling stuck in it.

They may be successful, capable and self-aware, but still caught in overthinking, emotional reactivity, inner pressure, or a sense that they are not fully present in their own lives.

They are not looking for more noise. They are not looking for surface-level fixes. They are looking for real change.

Often, what they need is not more effort, but more awareness. Not more pushing, but more space. Not more information, but a different way of relating to themselves.

What this is not

This is not about becoming a different person.

It is not about endless self-analysis.

It is not about stepping away from ambition or pretending pressure does not exist.

And it is not about simply learning to cope better while carrying on in the same disconnected way.

It is about creating enough awareness and inner steadiness that success no longer comes at the expense of yourself.

Why I do this work

My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience.

I have spent years in demanding corporate environments and understand how easy it is for pressure to become normalised. I also know that outward success can sometimes hide inner strain — stress, emotional fatigue, disconnection, or the sense that you are constantly on.

Alongside my background in global finance and leadership, I trained in clinical hypnotherapy and breathwork because I became increasingly interested in what helps people not just function, but genuinely feel better — more present, more aware, and more connected to their lives.

Today, I bring these worlds together in a way that is thoughtful, practical and grounded. My role is not to overwhelm you with theory, but to help you understand what is happening beneath the surface and support you to shift it in a way that feels safe, useful and sustainable.

For me, this work is not only about helping people cope better. It is about helping them live more consciously, relate more honestly, and experience more fulfilment in the life they are creating.

The discovery call is a short conversation to understand what you are looking for, where you feel stuck, and whether my approach is the right fit for you.

No. The work is tailored to your needs, your pace and your level of comfort.

Yes. Many clients come in knowing how they feel, but not exactly what kind of support would help. We can explore that together.

Both are available. I work with clients online and also offer in-person sessions in Singapore and Australia.

Yes. Confidentiality, professionalism and trust are central to how I work.

That depends on what you would like support with. Some clients come for focused work around a specific issue, while others prefer a longer-term space for deeper support and change.

Yes. Many analytical clients find this work helpful precisely because they already understand the issue intellectually and want support shifting the pattern more deeply. My approach is grounded, practical and designed to support real and lasting change.

Traditional coaching often focuses on goals, behaviour and accountability. My approach also looks at the deeper emotional and subconscious patterns that can keep people stuck, even when they know what to do. It also creates space for greater self-awareness, presence and a more conscious way of living.

No. This work can be a valuable form of support for wellbeing and personal development, but it is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric treatment.
